My husband’s family is doing an extended family photo shoot as a belated Christmas gift for my in-laws, and I took the lead in creating our summer family photo color palette. There are 5 siblings, 4 of whom are married, and 3 of whom have 2+ kids. So, there were a lot of factors at play!


I don’t know about you, but I have a love/hate relationship with family photos. I love the idea of beautiful photos hung in oversize prints on the walls in my home, but coordinating outfits is a beast, especially when you’re planning for extended family photos! 


I pulled out Pinterest and got to work! I had so much fun coming up with different summer family photo outfit combinations that I decided to put together a little shoppable lookbook for spring & summer photos!
